I believe that the removal of battled tested leaders will drastically curtail our military capability. Also it would remove anyone NOT loyal to his highness. Two star rank is pretty much an automatic once the officer has the required time in grade. Three and four star rank are HUGELY political and are often viewed as rewards for kissing political arse.
