Montanabound I was in the lobby of a Super 8 in Montana. I overheard the desk clerk ask a couple if they belonged to AARP. Answer: "Naw, we don't tend to join Communist organizations." LOL! We joined AMAC and got the same 20% discount.

RaisedRight2 Maybe "sold us all out" is the wrong phrase, let his entire country down is probably more accurate.

Tulunk I wonder if we'll ever know if Roberts sold out for money, or because he was threatened with death or injury to him or his family. He has just shot up into a tie for first in the"most hated" in America. But at least Obama believes this $#!!.

Escaped commieny This just destroyed any chance of the economy improving. No business will hire now. After 41 years of dealing with the VA medical care, I know all about withholding care, thankfully, up to this point we have private insurance through employers, that will end. Do your wills, Death Panels will be the norm for anyone old enough to know what a Republic the USofA was

Yottyhere I am stunned speechless ......still. I still can't believe Roberts! I think he wanted to assure his place in the liberal History books for protecting the first black presidents back. Yep he did that indeed. Even though it destroys our country to do so. You've retained your *invite* to the DC insiders parties and dinners, Johnny-boyo. Thanks a whole helluva lot. Geeze

Ynaught I expect the tea was just steeping before. This must lead to a resurgence of a far stronger Tea Party than ever imagined. I so miss Breitbart, but we will prevail in any case!

Shooter1002 I hope Hannity asks tough questions in a fair manner. They may as well come from Hannity than from Matthews et al with their condescension and bias. Besides, I want to see how he handles himself. I don't care what his favorite color is or what school his kids go to. If he don't know who the PM of Kyrgystan is, so what? That's what a Sec. of State is for! How you gonna get us out of Afghanistan honorably. Where and how much spending are you going to cut. Taxes? Gov't size? Illegals? Abortion? Schools? Guns? If he's credible and conforms to my beliefs then I'll seriously consider him. I don't care if he's black. Actually, because/if he's a black conservative, all the more reason to consider him. He's got a steeper hill to climb and nobody is going to do him any favors. IOW, he's got to earn it! Word to Hannity, ask, then shut up and let the guy answer.

7generationTexmom One of the posters on the Mother-site mentioned that Cain punted on Israel this morning on Fox news and had lost his support. He might have been referring to the Jay Goodman article, who said that Cain didn't know the definition of "right of return.. What Cain said was that it was only Israel's call to implement "right of return". Cain was very concise about not undermining Israel. Outstanding.

Fysammy I'm a huge Cain supporter, but honestly, he did have the "deer in the head-lights" look when asked about the right of return. By the way, I did too!

RoseOfTexas Cain put out a clarifying facebook post on the right of return. That little slip up bothered me less than his 4-(or however many) point plan for the budget, which he then said would only work if we had already implemented it sometime in the past. Needs some work. I still like him though. Loved his response to what would you offer the Palestinians? "Nothing!"

RaisedRight2 posted on Suggested Reading Life, by Keith Richards. There, I said it. Snub me if you must, but I just couldn't resist, having grown up in the 70's, college in the early 80's. Grammatically incorrect throughout, with the f-word sporadically used, it's a kick. If you are a blues fan, you may be surprised to learn that the Stones started as a blues band.
Richards does go off on tangents about musicians, especially blues artists, and the intricacies of guitar playing, but otherwise it is a fun trip into the past. I'm just getting into the heavy drug usage, which started in the late 60's. I'm amazed he is still alive. Still, it's hard not to like the guy. I'm playing early Stones music in my car, which is fun to do when he is mentioning the songs and their origin.

StormCnter I read an excerpt from that book in ThisWeek. I enjoyed that bit, but I'm the wrong generation to care about reading a whole book about the Rolling Stones.
