Fireball27 posted on Main Page The Lobby  Shooting at Umpqua Community College in Oregon is 50 miles from my home. Consider this, and these are just my thoughts, the media won't give the name of the shooter, even though this happened in the morning. It's now evening. Also it has been said the killer asked what religion the students were. Now add to that, Roseburg Oregon is where the hero from the train attack in France lives, and bingo, a motive seems to be emerging. Just my thoughts mind you but lots of coincidences though.

Gram77  I have the 7AM news on now. They have named the shooter and it has been reported that his goal was to shoot Christians. Immediately after that another reporter said they don't know what the motive was. Fireball may be on to something.

Fireball27  Now reported he was 26 year old "mixed race" and communicating with Mahmoud Al Ehsani. This is from his own My Space page and a dating profile. Still no one saying anything about Roseburg being the home of Alek Skarlatos, American hero.

MeiDei  Well it came out earlier today about Alek & his leaving DWTS to go back home & be with his friends. I don't believe in coincidences when two or more of them add up ... 3 convince me.

Fireball27 posted on Main Page The Lobby  The big issue now is "anchor babies". Some are saying you can't do anything about it without changing the Constitution. I'm pretty sure we can do something about it in an easier way. First off, I think you are not allowed to profit off committing a crime. Entering the country illegally, using false identification, theft of services, are all crimes. Illegals are using all these to get to the "profit" of U.S. Citizenship for their children. You can't rob a bank, serve your time, and then have legal use of the money you took in the robbery. This should be considered the same. Committing crimes to get the result, which is an ANCHOR BABY!

   Safetydude  roger that, Fireball.

Every illegal residing in this country is a prima facie criminal and could and should, by law, be deported.
We could divert welfare and food stamp money to deporting them. I'm not picking on anybody, but we could start with Mexicans since their country is the closest and would be the cheapest ticket. Doesn't Greyhound go to Mexico ?

I'd like to see a check-off box on our tax return to allow a contribution to the 'Ship Out The Illegals Fund' as a tax deduction since, according to the Democrats, we can't deport them because it would cost too much.

Ever hear of Stimulus, 'too big to fail', shovel ready job's and how about 'renewable energy' aka Solyndra. As long as it's for the Democrats to buy votes, we have the money.

Let's hear it for 'The Donald'.

   Bettijo  Glen Beck quote:

"Why do we have automatic citizenship upon birth?" Beck asked. "Do you know? We're the only country in the world that has it. Why?"

Beck went on to explain that the 14th amendment granting citizenship to "all persons born or naturalized in the United States" was drafted after the Civil War "to protect newly freed slaves and their children and guarantee their rights as citizens. Last I checked, I don't think we're having that problem anymore. Can we have some common sense?

Fireball27 posted on Main Page The Lobby  A lady called in to Rush this morning, and had an interesting point. If Hillary didn't use her e-mail for classified information, what did she use? And where are the notes or transcripts of these meetings? This is going to get good. Will anyone ask the media why they haven't asked these questions?

Gerty  That's simple (? ). Hillary DID use her e-mail for classified information. Hillary also destroyed any evidence that would prove she did. End of story.

Fireball27 posted on Main Page The Lobby  I just saw a picture of "Grandmothers Against Gun Violence" marching in downtown Seattle. I wonder why they don't march where the most "gun violence" happens. Of course the media wouldn't think of asking a question like that.

Fireball27 posted on Main Page The Lobby  Anyone else notice how nothing is being said about how the shooter in Chattanooga was able to drive across town and attack another military location without the second military location being warned and put on lockdown? I've heard it took about 30 minutes from the first shot to the last. Even if it only took 5 minutes, why wasn't the second site warned? Who is responsible? Why were our troops sitting ducks, when they could have and should have been warned? I haven't heard anyone mention this. Those Marines should not have been out there. First they don't let them arm themselves, and then they don't even tell them a threat may be coming their way.

Safetydude  We learned nothing from the Fort Hood massacre.
There were some senior NCO's in that building that could, maybe, have stopped the perp.
Those recruiters could have been armed, they are trained to handle firearms, after all and might have been able to return fire(now, that's comment from somebody who wasn't there )but understands what a 'gun free zone' is.

Why is the shooter still referred to as "the suspect"?

Safetydude  I was serving in the AF when George(Read My Lips:No New Taxes )H.W. Bush was President and signed DoD Directive 5210.56 declaring that all military installation were 'gun free zones'.
Most of us who lived off base had guns in our vehicles and brought them with us when we came on duty. It was a 'wink, wink, nod, nod' deal by the guy on the gate. Once I got caught in a random stop and had to follow the cop down to the armory where they kept my, still loaded, pistol 'till I picked it up on my way home. '92 is a long time ago, but I think if you lived on base you could own guns but now you had to belong to the base gun club and you had to store your gun(s ) there. You couldn't keep firearms in your residence.
(I'm open for corrections on that ).

When we were stationed overseas or going on an OCONUS deployment every cargo bin, tool box or vehicle was stuffed with personal weapons.

That was then.

Fireball27 posted on Main Page The Lobby  Don't you just love the way the liberals are reacting to the Planned Parenthood news? Just when you thought they couldn't stoop any lower. If someone told them they were squishing puppy heads and legs, and taking the internal organs out for sale they would scream bloody murder. But since these are little human "blobs of tissue" it doesn't bother them. Actually I think it does bother them, but since they are liberals, they can't stray from the liberal way of thinking. This just turns my stomach. Make sure to pass this story along because you know the media is going to try to ignore it.

Fireball27 posted on Main Page The Lobby  Howie Kurtz's MediaBuzz is on and the two reporters with him can't call Donald Trump enough names. They don't want to talk about the issues, just how Trump is a "clown, blowhard, etc." Howie shows a clip of Trump giving an interviewer a push back on what she was saying, again mentioning "immigrants" not committing a lot of crimes, not ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. He is really getting under their skin. They are really making a fool of themselves. Not that they care.
